Plenty of people will show you what a model can do in a demo. Far fewer follow what happens when that AI meets the systems a company already runs, with messy data and real consequences. That's the work we pay the most attention to.
Who we are
Independent, founder-led.
Two brothers started the Institute, and we care more about what works than what's coming next. We publish under our own names and cite every source. When the evidence is thin, we say so plainly. The goal is to be useful, not to sound certain.
